Package Contents

After unpacking the TigerCard 1000, check the contents of the

box to be sure you’ve received the following components:

TigerCard 1000 network card SMC9462SX

SuperDisk™ network drivers diskette

This User Guide

SMC Warranty Registration Card

Immediately inform your dealer in the event of any incorrect,

missing or damaged parts. If possible, please retain the carton and

original packing materials in case there is a need to return the

product.

Please fill out and return the Warranty Registration Card to SMC or

limited lifetime warranty.

SuperDisk Contents

The SuperDisk contains drivers and other files to make network

card configuration, testing, and driver installation easy.

RELEASE.HTM—a summary of the contents of the driver

diskette in HTML format for viewing using a Web browser.

README.TXT—contains basic information and instructions for

installing and using the network card.

SMCcfg.EXE—the properties page DLL file that includes

configuration and diagnostic utilities under Windows NT 4.0.

Driver-installation “TXT” files—contain installation instructions

for a particular driver.
